This vessel has just been converted for use as a Floating Hotel, but is still operational as a Cruise Ship.  During the past year she has undergone an extensive refurbishment including replacement of most plumbing pipes.

The vessel is 167 meters between perpendiculars, but a full 191 meters overall.  The vessel is an older ship originally built in 1973, but has received very significant upgrading to maintain her as one of the world's top category ships and to provide a superior ultra deluxe product.  Her configuration and capacity are flexible and we we do not believe any interior alterations will be necessary.

This is a unique very upscale ship of significant reputation and we believe her to be an excellent candidate for either a operating cruise ship, or floating hotel.

The ship is in good condition and has a realistic remaining life of 7 to 10years if seagoing, or many decades if in stationary use.
